These 3,. Relics are in my shop and for sale. I did this picture/write up to Show Case Class....
These are like special to me. You can take 3, brand new custom shops and put then in a room with a Good Vintage Fender Amp, and these 3, early 1996, 1997.. 1957 (2) Strat's, and the Tele. Which 3, going to grab to play or own.
Back then a Cunetto Relic was made on a low number scale, only by Fender Best. All 3 are John Cruz. Wood was different then. Fender was out to prove they still got it. When No one had a Custom Shop Relic you read about them. No internet back then. If you seen one, which 99.9% of you did not. You be blown away. I feel this way now.
Fender Custom Shop is a long line of machines popping out guitar's. No personal connection whats so ever.
