Cunetto 1960 Fender Jazz Relic Bass
RARE FIND PERIOD. I'm a guitar player, I have owned and sold basses over the years, This is The Smoothest Bass You will Ever Play. As Sweet as anyone will ever be able to purchase ever again, to include myself. It's part of Fender's History. I say it how I live it. The Best Fender you'll ever get ended after late 1999 when Vince Cunetto stopped doing the finish and aging/relic work. Fender seen a market for new/looking old Strat's and moved the Custom Shop in house and Fender learned and started building 100% of the now well known C-Shop. I'm not saying the new is bad, I am saying the Cunneto ERA guitar's are Above all made since. Even the Masterbuilt $11,000 wait 2-1/2 years to get built today. All my opinion, but I have A/B more Fender Custom Shops than anyone reading this now..and show me a masterbuilt that is worth 4-5 times what it cost new..
I purchased this from a Vintage Fender Collector.this Jazz Bass was really never been played.. again Rare rare rare..
Perfect Feeling, Playing Neck. The Nitro finish and relic job is unreal authentic. Even the Pickguard looks like a real 1960 Pre CBS Fender Turtle Shell.
