Has small notch right above neck pickup in pick guard, as was used on a 4 bolt neck players Strat in order to adjust truss rod on neck adjustment without having to too take the neck off.. Once this guard is on any Strat, with all parts and strung up you never notice this unless you was up close kissing your Strat... and is a nice Patina aged 44+ year old Vintage Pickguard
