1969 - 70 Orig Fender Musical Instruments Dealer Display Banner
I had this dealer banner as my own for many years. It was always in good shape and it's just "Neat" looking at it, and they are rare.
Good look at 99% of these are ugly kind of when hung on the wall. The wooden dowel Fender used was 1/4". They warp out over the years or dry and don't hold their form. So I recently added a 1/2" dowel.; Look at it. Straight! I also paid a good buck to have it restored. A seamstress sewed up the gold frill where it needed it, with correct color thread. You can't put these in the washer.. You will regret you ever did.:) So I had to send it out to get Japanese profession cleaning. No one wanted to touch it to clean after I said what they cost.. Well it look Great NOW ***** I kid you not at my age of 55 now, the stuff that I collected or need rehab to. I can ever sell all I got now. I also am blessed with a big home, pole barn, big garage and my shop above the garage.. THERE Is Not... NO ROOM TO PUT it.
But I will never regret all the Fender that ran threw my paws all these years..
