Body is original custom color Black, and Fender used a flawed Olympic White Finish Body and just went and shot the Black,, Yes Fender done this in the late 60's still. The pickup routes are of the early 1969... as the cavities are rounded at the ends of all 3.. Later 1969 they get the square at the ends. Also Note the Wires inside are the Funky Color Cloth wire..
The Strat has been in a smoke free home/my shop all it's life. So no smells from the Strat and the Case
Case is a Mid 60's Fender Black Telex, with Orange Lining. Also has the 1st Fender Logo Badge on the outside.. Note there is no Circle R and the Fender Badge. In 1975 them cases have that CIRCLED R, and the interiory was a darker Orange
