1969 2013 69 Fender Shoreline Gold Stratocaster Closet Classic With Reverse Maple Neck

This classic looking Stratocaster steps out of the crowd and gets immediately noticed with its large reversed headstock and great looking appearance. Fender Custom Shop has combined “old” and “new” with this unique take on the ’69 Stratocaster. The vintage neck carve is a ’69 “U” shape, while the fretboard is a modern 9.5” radius with 6105 frets. The electronics feature a modern 5-way switch wired to vintage sounding Custom Shop ’69 Strat pickups. The middle pickup is wired in a reverse polarity so you get noise cancelling strat sounds in position 2 and 4, this is a feature currently not available with the ’69 Strat pickups making this an even more unique instrument.
