1967 Orig Blond Fender Tele With Nitro & Maple Cap Neck
I got this from original owner. He is a old timer.. This Tele is 100% original. Nitro Finish body and neck. Orig case, bridge cover. Very Nice Maple Cap Rare Year 1967 Fender Telecaster.... There is a little wood routed on neck pickup. This guy I got from does not lie. No one knows everything perfectly unless You bought it yourself 48+ years ago. I see no sign of other pickguard, pickup, solder touched etc. I'm calling it, fender had a mistake where it was built with route not perfect for neck pickup to fit. They made it fit. I mean they pieced wood inside on guitar's where a chunk broke off, they forgot worm route, they built with the saddle Fender and pat Pend on underside.. You get the point. it's GREAT Tele period.
The neck is a Nice Chunky Full C shape. Truss rod not all the way in or out. Set up Nice low action, neck relief @ .07
Weight is 7.4lb. Light Weight!
Jimi used a Maple Cap 67-68 Strat. Different Bell Tone from as Maple neck with a Maple Cap fretboard
1967 is the Rarest Year Fender Strat or Tele. Fender was thinking of calling it quits during this era
