This overspray new color was done in the 1970's.. Hey players wanted a different color guitar.. they did it up...:) With the Pickup assembly still on the body all taped up...and Dakota Red was his women favorite color......
Still has the worm hairs in the bridge pickup cavity.. This overspray mite come off and you have a original Sunburst Fender Finish at over half the price of a Original finish Vintage 65 Strat body.. IF You ever get the chance to even purchase one now days. Look around. Vintage Strat parts are about all gone. The internet opened up the world to be able to purchase Pre CBS Fender and after 20+ years it is showing this. 99.99999% of anything that gets sold and shipped outside the USA.. never will come back to the USA. If that part or Guitar gets re sold or traded, it will be in the country its in now.
All Body contours are intact.. as it was just oversprayed and only the neck, bridge, output jack was removed in this project.. Body Weight is 3.8lbs
