1963 Pre Cbs Fender Strat Neck
You Ever Play a 1963 Chunky Neck with Flame?Id have to say if you Only could have 1 pre cbs Strat to play, not invest, it be 1963. Now if you had a choice as what time in 63 you get?, it be early 1963!
I say again, does it matter that a pro cut the headstock or Fender?, Both had to be cut. After all this neck was a hunk of wood at one time. Until it was made.
What you got here is All Orig Finish on all of back, no planning of board, perfect pro fret job with bigger frets, (BUT NOT TO BIG), and Chunky wood from 1963!
The price is not $7,000- $8,000 as a 100% 63 neck be. But plays as good or better than a neck from that price. You Play or Look?
This is 1963 Jazzmaster neck, Pro headstock cut down to a Strat, new decal. ONLY the top of headstock and bottom half around the headstock was re sprayed in Nitro. The top of headstock and All of back is Original finish. Look at Black Lite Picture

Plays like Butter, Chunky C-Shape Profile. Nice Flame to it. For you that do not know, Jazzmaster necks are same as a Strat neck , just have different decal and slightly larger headstock. Look at pictures, THIS NECK IS AWESOME.
