When I look at buying a $20,000 or $30,000+ Fender Strat.... All the little stuff adds up to decision in buying. When you say 100% Original, that means even the masking tape with jagged edge as Leo used 53+ years ago. It give your investment the "Complete...Correct Look"
For me to offer this masking tape, that is real deal, solid not brittle shape I had to spend at-least 100 to 200 $100 bills. To then take apart, offer Rare/Real; parts. What part of even 100, $100 bills you think I paid for even these 2 pieces of tape? You get the point.
You get that spray on adhesive or I use 1 tiny drop of super glue on a tooth pick, and re tape these over the cloth pickup wire.. snug it up. Bamm it's worth the investment. No NEW Wire looks the same, Is the same, or has the jagged edge as Fender did back then. None!
