I built a PRE CBS Strat Player, with what I Know would be a Great BELL Tone Player. With price in mind. To later add other or all real Vintage parts. You 1st MUST Have The Heart & Soul...which is the "Wood"!
I specialize in keepers. Which most are well played road proven, PLAYED parts.(that came from a whole Strat I parroted, to get the great parts to offer for my buyers)
You heard it a million times from me, now again. "There is a reason it has all or most of it's finish worn off from playing"!!!!
Bad sounding Strat's do Not get finish played off.. Unless if you was in prison for life and you had no choice to play junk..:)

1965 Killer Neck that came from Tom Britt which is Vince Gills guitar player, and well famous known Nashville studio artist.. Vince played this neck on the 65 played to death CAR Strat I got off Tom. It's just a perfect neck.. that simple. The neck is really most important part of your Strat.. Think on that
Body is light weight 1962 Killer Old Nitro Refin
Pickup assembly and Bridge is from my own 1962 Beyond Heavy Relics I had Fender Custom Shop make for mew and my shop.. I am a 1 man show if you didn't know. Pickup made to my specs and 1962.. not 1960 like 99% of 60's relics are
The case looks rough but is solid and stays open by itself. It's a 1963 White case that came from a well played 1963 Strat that was Randy Bachman of BTO and the Guess Who. I parted that well played orig finish Sunburst Strat and used all real PRE CBS parts and built a All orig SRV copy, WITH All real parts, and that Strat sold. But the case has providence and just looks cool sitting over there in your office or Jam Area!
So every single famous killer Fender Strat we all know of... SRV, Clapton, David Gilmore etc etc. They are all built Strat's, from different years, from years of knowing what it what, what works, what doesn't...AND from a Strat Dude.. I am that Dude.. Yes I'm bragging on this Baby.. It ain't cocky if you Back It Up! I am not the best or even close player on earth, but I think I have some of the Most Killer Strat's and Knowledge of Strat's on earth.:)
