1961 Fender Olympic White Stratocaster Body
This Sale is for the 1961 Fender Pre CBS Strat Body.. AND the Original 1961 Strap Buttons ONLY
The Body has a 40+ Year Old Olympic White Refinish shot in Nitro .. No Routes,
All Contours are perfect and can still see the worm hairs in the Bridge Pickup cavity.. .. router marks, nail holes etc. AND YOU WANT TO HEAR THE KICKER.....YOU CAN SEE IN MANY PLACES UNDER THE OLD WHITE OVER SPRAYED/OR REFINISHED FINISH... It's Shoreline Gold. In the earliest Fender PRE CBS Custom Color Fender Rare, and had to order a Strat that way and none didn't get spray clear Nitro over the Finish
The White been on so many years, If there is a Shoreline Gold and was the Original Color.. That be a trip if one had the patients and skill to get it back to a Rare Color.. Look at the worm hairs still in the Bridge Pickup Cavity.....The contours are perfect, so no over sanding was done getting finish off for a refin... and look at the back of the body.. Trem Block.. It;s tucked in like it should be.. When you see a tremolo block flush or even sticking out some past the body.. 99 out of a 100 times Mr Belt Sander and a 12 pack of beer... got that orig finish off... It's a cool ass body period!.
