1961 Orig Fender Musicmaster 1 Owner Clean Low Use
I got this from Original owner. He never really learned how too play guitar, so it just sat in the case these 60+ years.
The guitar is all original but the 2 springs I used instead of the rubber spacers holding the pickup on. The rubbers got deteriorated so I replaced with springs that work fine.
I want to add this Musicmaster is Excellent Shape. Clean, no smells of case or guitar.
The crack you can see in body, is where the Nitro paint sunk into wood. All Fender bodies are 2 or 3 piece. 99.8% of all pre CBS bodies are 2 piece. I have a 100% 1963 Strat body on my site now with same paint sink. It's old, probably as old as the person ready this, or older than you are.. You got maybe a wrinkle or 2 you never had back in the 60's??? :)
I was first to ever take the neck off since made. Trust me, I know when a body and neck never been apart. It has that certain pop with separated, and the little force to remove neck, and a little finish comes off on heel of neck when I pry apart. The neck screws had no sign of a screw driver ever in the philip screw head. It's kind of neat doing this, also a little said. The neck needed no adjustment, but I did do a fretboard clean and old, and I polished the frets

I don't see how anyone can not like the Bell Tone, Vibe that it is PRE CBS 55+ years old Leo Fender creation, and all for the price of a new junk USA American Strat. Yes unless a Fender is a Custom Shop (newer custom shop), Cunetto, or Fullerton's, or Real Vintage....I have no use for them.
Robben Ford had 1 of these in Vintage Guitar Magazine and he went on to say, TONE TONE TONE.. Jimi played 1 of the same before he made it Rich.... I don't know, me sitting in a chair, playing threw a 64 Princeton Reverb, maybe earlier in the morning, or later at night.. I connect with these little Gem's. and 2k does not get you Bell Tone like this!, or even tone for that matter! You get my point.... You will love 1 of these...
