1959 Orig PAF Gibson Les Paul ES 335 Byrdland BRIDGE Pickup

This is the "narrow" spaced version as found in a Byrdland or ES-350T
They sound function perfectly in the neck position of a Les Paul or 335.
I added some pictures next to a 1959 MAX I have In my shop. As you can see, line up and work JUST FINE in the Neck position

This PAF came from a 1959 Gibson L5 that I parted out, and it was 100% Original and 1 owner. It was Prue real deal Best year for Gibson history in I never played or heard a bad, or average any model Gibson that was made in 1959 . In my opinion 59 is the year all others try and reproduce, copy.. etc.. But none have it like the real deal!
Ok, the last 3 pictures I took the narrow spacing PAF and put it on 2 Les Pauls to show you it is Great for Neck Pickup. The differences in pole spacing from reg to narrow PAF is narrow is 1-13/16" from E to E pole. Reg PAF space is 1-15/16".. SAME exact size as a Humbucker Gibson Pickup.
A Les Paul string width is narrower at neck pickup... compared to bridge.. Go ahead go look at one of your Gibson Les Pauls. I did my best to show this with last 3 pictures.. You will not be disappointed... and again I parted a $15,000 ES-5 to offer these rare parts. How many sellers can say they took out of the 100% guitar, heard them, and have a sound clip of the PAF in action.
Note that narrow spaced pickups work great in a Les Paul. The total spacing is only 1/8" less than standard and divided among six strings. It has no effect on tone and is cosmetically unnoticeable unless you are really looking for it.
This is a narrow spaced neck pickup. The narrow spaced pickup is only 1/8th inch narrower regarding pole spacing....everyone seems to be agreed that these work great on Les Pauls and other solid bodies and often give better string alignment, depending on how your nut and bridge are cut.
This pickup has an original nickel gold plated cover with original solder....
By The Way The Gold plated cover is nickle under the gold platting. The Gold will buff right off and you will be left with a correct real deal 61+ year old LP Nickle Cover.. Which I can do if purchased and ask me to do before shipping your Bell Tone Happy PAF to your waiting hands and ears...
