Your getting a Tweed Deluxe Amp Shell with Original Jensen 12" Speaker.. That needs a new foam surround.. which you can buy the kit and do it yourself.. The Speaker is original to the amp, and I was the 1st to take the speaker out since Fender built the amp in 1953
