This is solid good working tuner, but 1 ear is broke off on top.(where string goes down in center of tuner) IT still works fine. With strings all on, I never even noticed for months till I parted the Strat (to offer you great Rare parts :) 1953 to mid-1956: There is now a side tuner shaft worm gear hole. Still "no line" style casing (had no brand name stamped in the tuner back).

Tuner works fine.. and will clean up with steel wool ..if choose
