1963 Fender Stratocaster..
This is the one everyone loves to play. Pre CBS Fender at it's Best! with a Big Full C- Shape Fat Neck Profile. Sounds Great clean or overdrive. Marshall, Fender Amps.. This Strat is Bell Tone
All Original but had a Pro re fret with Vintage Tall Fret wire. Has the (bottom) tone pot has 1 ear broke off from a loose knob that would spin, so the owner tried a flat head screwdriver to mash the ears out so in his thinking would make it not spin and do no tone adjustment, and it's not bendable material . So the broke part is super glued to the solid part and It be this way over 35+ years. Not a problem and most keep the Tone pots on 10 anyhow.. It has bill of sale from 1972, the 2nd owner from whom I purchased the Strat
Body date is 1/63

Orig Brown Tolex Case, Orange inside.. Very Good Shape
Last I just installed this 1962 Original Fender Pickguard and Back Metal Shield on it. Only issue is 1 small plugged hole., The Original guard was warped and shrinking little to much and the neck pickup would lay flat in there. thus not in good alinement with the pole magnets to the string. and not good for tone or intonation.
So instead of doing another set of pictures and video, I am revising what was done which was a upgrade. I love the earned wear/moJo it has and the front looks like a 57 2 tone sunburst and the back has the 3 tone sunburst going on. It was played all these years for a reason!
