From 1996 to 2000 Fender relic cases had the Dark Brown Tolex, with Gold inside. These are G&G cases, but in my book these are more of a Solid Built & feel are way better than now and after year 2000 cases! If you got a Cunneto Rosewood Strat or Tele from 1996-2000 here is your case.

Look at last 2 pictures. On right is the after 2000 Fender USA Custom Shop case, the left is the Early ones... Big difference.. You got a $5,000 to 8k Cunneto.. You need the Right Case!
