Single-bound laminated Maple Body. One-piece Mahogany Neck with a wonderful thick profile. Brazilian Rosewood fretboard with 20 original medium-thin frets and inlaid pearl dot position markers.
All Original but the pickup died and the owner took it to a Gibson dealer and it was replaced in 1965 and 1 tuner has just the tip replaced.
Single-coil pickup with a 'thumping' output of 27.4k.
Two controls (one volume, one tone) on the lower treble bout. Combination bar bridge/stud tailpiece.
