100%, RAREST YEAR OF ALL STRAT'S. IF YOU EVER WANTED A ORIGINAL FINISH, NO STORIES STRAT BODY, WITH BODY DATE STAMPED IN INK ON IT, HERE YOU ARE. (the 8 in 3# ink stamp is 1968. 40 is week. The neck has same 408 stamp. )

NITRO FINISH,From what I can tell. (last year fender used Nitro was 68). tHERE IS A CLEAR DECAL UNDER NECK PLATE ON BACK. tHAT WILL COME OFF WITH GOO BE GONE STUFF AND CLEANED UP, but I will leave that up to buyer. It is a players shape body, and a DARN Nice 1 at that!
