1951 John Cruz Made NoCaster Relic Tele Fender 2001 Body With Output Jack & Cup (I have few pictures of it whole, to give you the L@@K)
Killer Thin Skin Nitro Ash Body. Made to 1951 Fender Specs...Neck had John Cruz Stamp,as John built this.. Comes with Output Jack & Cup
PS: 1999-2001 NoCaster Relic's are one of Best Relic Fender Ever Made. Must of had Great Wood for these babies!
This Nocaster was played out in a band, and has years of play wear and earned dirt from Jammin it Baby!
Also you see burned into wood, Art NEVILLE of The Neville Brothers did this after a show one night they did together. They sat around taking turns playing each other guitar's and talking music.
So my 2 cents on this. I think it's neat, anyone can go buy a 51 Nocaster Relic body, but to have a conversation piece or music story is, well just not a everyday find. It's called history... The older I get the more I see and feel Mojo. You think it could get boring buying and selling Fender Strat's all day. It don't. I like to say because I keep it real, different.. seeking Mojo.. needing Mojo.
This mite be the more earned playing patina I ever offered on a Custom Shop Relic Body... You swear it was a 1951 Body!!!!
Notice the picture with the 3 white guitar picks on body. Fender used nails to paint the body on a lazy susan like PRE CBS days. They are clearly from Fender. This Relic body was done at The Fender Custom Shop early years just after Cunetto did them. I haven't seen any other C-Shop body with nail holes, they hang them from wire threw neck screw hole.
Again... more history.. to ADD to the Mojo!
