Premier 90 Tube Reverb Mid-1960’s,Premier Reverb Units The model 90 has a nice fat wet sounding reverb that solid state imitations can't beat. All the reverb tanks of the time including Fender and Airline sound about the same, but the Premier model used a tricky little circuit with a solid state rectifier that seems to add to the "tubeishness" and is great for harp players. Premier reverbs, if anything, have too much sound and break up easily. Of all the Premier products the Model 90 is the most collectible by mainstream guitar amp affictionados. If you see one, buy it! It is common to see a Guitar player using a Fender guitar and a Fender amp with a Premier reverb.
